Behind the Scenes Tour of St. Clare of Assisi Church

Join us for a behind the scenes tour of the historic St. Clare of Assisi Church on Daniel Island. The in-person event will take place on Mon Jun 05, 2023 at 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.

Founding Pastor Gregory West will walk us through the facility, sharing the legacy of the church’s magnificent stained-glass windows and other elements of historic significance.  He’ll also explain the church’s ties to The Basilica of Saint Clare in Assisi, Italy.  Fr.  West will also share further development plans for the church property.

Fun fact: St Clare of Assisi is considered the patron saint of television and computer screens. Really!

The church main entrance is located at 990 Etiwan Park Street (across from Bishop England HS. Fr West says attendees are welcome to take photographs. Recording sound would not be beneficial to anyone because of the lively acoustics. Attire should be respectful for a house of worship.
