The Charleston Museum has quite a celebration scheduled for Women’s History Month. First up…..

First up, a special tour will be offered every Saturday in March (March 7, 14, 21 and 28) to focus on the lives of the women who made history at the Heyward-Washington House. SEE MORE HERE!

And don’t forget our next DIHS meeting at 7 pm, Tuesday, March 17 at the Church of the Holy Cross Parish Hall, 299 Seven Farms Drive.

2020 marks the centennial of the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote so it’s only fitting that our March 17 speaker is Barbara Griffin, President of the League of Women Voters in Charleston. SEE MORE HERE.
