Since we’ve spent almost two years in the throes of a pandemic, it’s only appropriate that South Carolina’s Black History Calendar for 2022 focus on health care figures.

State Education Superintendent Molly Spearman says the emphasis was chosen to “help recognize and uplift those that have given so much during a world wide time of need”.
